About OnLink

OnLink is a Kenya-based neobank and payments platform. We are growing fast and preparing for a funding round, and we need someone to help investors, partners and customers see what we are building.

What you will do

  • Run LinkedIn and X for the company and the founders: plan, draft and publish posts that show traction and milestones.
  • Write and publish blog posts (SEO-aware) and send a regular email newsletter.
  • Pitch OnLink for press, podcasts and awards, and keep a log of outreach.
  • Help us show up at events: pre-event outreach, collateral and follow-up.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and report on what works.

What you bring

  • Strong written English, and a portfolio or links to published work (writing, social, newsletters, or similar).
  • Based in Nairobi and able to work on-site or hybrid.
  • Curiosity about fintech and comfort learning a product quickly.
  • Good judgement about what to publish and what not to.

What your first 90 days look like

  • First 30 days: get to know the product and the founders, ship your first LinkedIn/X posts and a blog post, and agree a 90-day content calendar with us.
  • By day 60: a weekly content rhythm is running, the first newsletter has gone out, and press and podcast pitches are on their way.
  • By day 90: you are hitting the audience-growth targets we agree together, have at least one press or podcast placement, and have a content package ready for investor conversations.

How to apply

  2. If you are shortlisted, you will get a practical task (about 45 minutes). It includes creating a free OnLink account, recording a short Loom walkthrough of what you found, and drafting a LinkedIn post.
  3. We interview a small number of finalists and make an offer.
