OnLink Africa collects only the personal and financial data required to operate a licensed neobank under the Kenya Data Protection Act and the Central Bank of Kenya's regulations. This page will be replaced with our full policy prior to general availability.

Analytics

When you opt in to analytics, OnLink collects anonymised product usage data (pages visited, feature clicks, transfer outcomes) to help us improve the product. Account numbers, balances, card data, KYC document numbers, OTPs and PINs are never collected. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy.
